Refund Policy

Overview

Every new Grabbovoi subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time during the trial from your Whop account (Whop is our billing partner).

After the trial converts, we offer a 14-day money-back guaranteeon your first paid billing cycle if the product is not a fit. Refund requests made outside the 14-day window are handled case-by-case and are not guaranteed — subscriptions are otherwise non-refundable for the period already billed.

What qualifies

• You are within 14 days of your first paid charge (post-trial).
• The refund is for a Grabbovoi subscription (monthly or yearly).
• You email support@grabbovoi.com from the email address on your Whop receipt with the subject line Refund request.

What does NOT qualify

• Refunds for trading losses. Grabbovoi is a journaling and educational tool — see the Disclaimer.
• Partial refunds for unused time in a paid billing cycle after the 14-day window has elapsed.
• Refunds when the account shows evidence of repeated automated abuse or Terms violations — those are handled under the Terms' termination clause.

How to request a refund

Email support@grabbovoi.com with:

1. The email address on your Whop receipt.
2. The date of the charge you want refunded.
3. A one-line note about what didn't work for you (optional, but it helps us improve — no long form required).

We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Whop and typically clear in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling without a refund

If you're outside the refund window and just want to cancel, do it from your Whop account: whop.com/customer-area. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made.
